At the 10th Transfer Pricing Center Conference in September 2025, I had the pleasure of co-leading a workshop with attorney Marcin Misiaszek (co-author and co-presenter) titled “HTVI in Transfer Pricing: How to Manage Risk in Transactions with Intangible Assets.”
Workshop participants asked many interesting questions about the key issue of creating reliable, professional forecasts that will support the defense of transaction terms for many years. Unfortunately, the limited time (1.5 hours) only allowed us to cover the topic briefly. Additional information shared during the workshops is available in the articles “HTVI in Transfer Pricing” and “HTVI Transaction Analysis.”
The topic is so interesting and constantly evolving that it will likely continue.
