Andrzej Podszywalow
I graduated from the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Economics, Cybernetics and Computer Science, and completed a postgraduate Master of Business Administration program at the International School of Management (now Kozminski University). For twenty years, I served as an expert witness for the District Court in Warsaw in areas such as intangible asset valuation (trademarks, patents, know-how), equity instrument valuation (shares, derivatives), and risk analysis in management. I also served three terms as an arbitrator for the Copyright Commission. I am the founder and current Vice President of the Transfer Pricing Center Association and a lecturer in the postgraduate tax program at the Warsaw School of Economics. Take advantage

Education
A graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics (1974-1975), and the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Economic Cybernetics and Computer Science (1976-1980). Received the Rector’s Award for achievements in scientific research – developed a software package for optimizing management decisions.
1981 -1987
Head of the IT Department at Bełchatów Mine
The mission of establishing a computing center and implementing basic IT systems for management, along with a real-time excavator movement monitoring system, was completed.
1988 – 1994
Proxima Capital Group
President and board member of the Proxima Capital Group: Proxima Marketing Services, Proxima NTR, and Proxima Informatyka. Author of the Proxima Informatyka commercial IT systems for rent settlement in housing cooperatives.
Participated in developing the ProximaNTR distribution network, offering technical consulting and sales of Loctite brand materials for machine and equipment refurbishment.
1990-1991
Master of Business Administration
Graduated from the International School of Management (now Kozminski University) as part of the first cohort of the Master of Business Administration program. Received an award for a case study.

Investment Advisor Course
A course organized by the Privatization Center. Senior consultant for Kongos SA — specializes in analyses, valuations, and projects related to commercialization and privatization of numerous state-owned enterprises.

Advisor in the privatization and restructuring of state-owned enterprises.
First, a course organized by the Privatization Center, followed by a role as Senior Consultant at Kongos SA – focusing on analyses, valuations, and the commercialization, restructuring, and privatization of many state-owned enterprises.

Trainer at the Warsaw Institute of Banking Foundation specializing in credit analysis. Developed and delivered innovative workshops using the case study approach. Recognized for his contributions to banking development.

Co-founder of the Transfer Pricing Center Association and currently Vice President of the Management Board. Provides opinions on draft amendments to OECD recommendations and Polish legal regulations related to transfer pricing. Conducts training workshops on establishing market terms for the transfer and licensing of intangible assets.

Lecturer of postgraduate studies
Lecturer in postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics—specializing in valuation of intangible assets and capital instruments—for “Capital Valuation of Companies” (2010-2015), and in Transfer Pricing and Tax Management postgraduate studies (since 2016).
1995 – 2025
30 years of sole proprietorship
In 2025, I marked 30 years of successfully running a sole proprietorship in the field of corporate valuation and intellectual property services. I have been an active retiree since 2019.
