Risky Stock Options
My idea is to develop effective investment strategies that generate systematic and acceptable income in any market conditions (bull or bear) by using assets generally considered high-risk—it’s a bit of a crazy idea, isn’t it?
I practice “risky investments” in derivatives—a topic I aim to develop and promote in my publications—but remember that whatever you read and apply, you do so at your own risk. What works for me may not necessarily work for others; success or failure is usually influenced by psychophysical traits, skills, consistency of investment goals with capital and risk management, decision-making discipline, many other factors, and ultimately, chance.
I started investing in the stock market in 2002, initially on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, then through international brokerage firms and foreign exchanges. I utilized all available resources, publications, information, and analytical tools. A turning point in my career was participating online in an international group of options traders. The group, called “First Hour at the Open,” was led by an experienced broker. We traded only during the first hour of the market open, taking long or short positions in stock options based on a scenario developed by our guru.
This experience motivated me to develop and test my own investment strategies. I don’t purchase stocks unless necessary. If I hold a long position in stocks, I either sell them as quickly as possible or build a portfolio with the right risk-return profile by adding options.
I currently use investment services that offer AI tools to identify investment opportunities suitable for retail investors.
