"Wycenapraw.pl" is a business activity, registered on April 13, 1995 and is conducted continuously.

Wycenapraw.pl prepared several hundred valuations reports and opinions for start-ups, private and public companies and large capital groups, e.g. transactions between related entities, negotiations of M&A, managers options and repurchase of minority shares of shareholders.

• A graduate of the University of Warsaw, WNE, Economic Cybernetics and Information Technology (1976-1980), Master of Business Administration (1990-1991).
• Court expert of the District Court in Warsaw (from 1999 to 2019) in the valuation of intangible assets (trademarks, patents, know-how), valuation of equity instruments (shares, derivatives), risk analysis in management.
• Author of many court opinions (compensation for: infringement of copyright and industrial property rights, including trademarks and patents, unfair prices in a capital forced buyout transaction, acts of unfair competition).
• Member of many specialized workgroups appointed by ministries in finance, taxation, development and science, e.g. a team evaluating applications in the programs: Innovation Creator and Patent Plus at the National Center for Research and Development, IP BOX at Ministry of Finance.
• Arbitrator of the Copyright Commission (2011 - 2018).
• Member of the Program Council and co-founder of the Transfer Pricing Center Association (from 2012 to 2017). Representative of CCT in the MF working group for identifying income from qualified IPs in IP-BOX.
• Expert of Technology Transfer Centres of leading Polish universities in intellectual property valuation and supporting license and capital agreements’ negotiations.
• Lecturer of postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics - in the valuation of intangible assets and capital instruments – Companies’ equity valuation (2010-2015), currently, postgraduate studies Transfer Pricing and Tax Management (since 2016).
