Court expert is appointed by the court or the prosecution to prepare its opinion on the matter. The term "forensic expert" does not identify any profession so, the degree of organizational, social status or level of qualification.

Court experts can obviously produce different opinions and analysis but they should not sign the opinion prepared on behalf of commercial entities to imply status, profession or skills, such as: "Court expert xxxx", in the context in which after all does not act as an expert witness.
