In accordance with the theory of value, which is now widely accepted in the accounting, the balance sheet should accurately reflect the value of equity. We aim to achieve this by revealing assets in the financial statements at revalued amount.

Valuation of assets (eg equity instruments and financial management including options) at fair value, requires the application of valuation methods in accordance with the applicable standards in the IAS / IFRS.

We determine fair value:

  • shares of public and private companies,
  • management and employee options,
  • intangible assets.

We also prepare:

  • analysis of contributions of intangible assets for the purposes of verifying the equity
  • positive goodwill analysis in order to assess the extent of potential write-offs of accounting.
